MathMatters is a math contest for 4^th and 5^th* grade students which is held annually in five different states.

The primary goals of the program are to stimulate interest and achievement in mathematics among elementary school students and to provide recognition of outstanding young mathematicians, their dedicated teachers, and schools.

The 8^th Annual MathMatters Contest will be held on Saturday, January 28^th, 2012 at 10:00 am. Registration is open till January 26^th, 2012. You may pick the most convenient contest center among more than 15 locations in the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.
